PGP launches PGP UN 3.0 & Desktop 10.0
PGP is very pleased to announce that PGP Universal™ Server and the all new PGP® Key Management Server will ship on March 3rd. With the combined PGP Universal Server 3.0/PGP Key Management Server 3.0 and PGP® Desktop 10.0 release (which began shipping on January 15th) – or “PGP® 10|3,” we focused on what customers have most requested, e.g., infrastructure and usability enhancements that address security, IT and end user requirements:
- • More Choice – Widest range of supported endpoint platforms
- • Broader Protection – Added protection for vulnerabilities in mobile workforce and in the data center
- • Enhanced Policy – Controls that let security, compliance and risk teams leverage centralized policy
- • IT Operations Assist – Increased automation for reduced help desk call and more cost-effective deployments
With this PGP® 10|3 release, overall system functionality and stability has been increased significantly; there is a large set of features that are based on requirements from you, our customer that will make the system more useful and easier to administrate providing a lower cost of ownership. While there are too many new capabilities and improvements in PGP® 10|3 to provide a comprehensive list, some of the highlights include:
