It’s been a tough couple of days and you should know that Dennen has excelled at getting our solution integrated. We are not quite there yet, but I feel compelled to comment on Dennen’s great attitude, professionalism and make it happen approach.
As of today, whole disk encryption on the Alpha test group has been without a hitch. All this week we are at end of quarter efforts and juggling several customer support issues of our own which has things at a bit of a frenetic pace.
 
Dennen has stuck to a quest to find a solution and conducted himself in as exemplary a manner as any consultant I have worked with. He brings great credit on himself and your organization. I look forward to buttoning things up here shortly and to continued partnership with Aurora.
